1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We strive to provide reliable and cost-effective delivery across Pakistan.

  • Standard Delivery (Within Karachi): 2–3 business days.

  • Standard Delivery (Major Cities): 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of Pakistan: 4–7 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, festive holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues with the courier service.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Payment Options

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders across Pakistan, allowing you to pay in cash when your package arrives at your doorstep. Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon delivery.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation message or email once your order has been dispatched, containing your unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to follow your package's journey via our courier partner's portal.

5. Damages and Issues

Kaka Essentials is committed to ensuring your products reach you safely. If you receive your order damaged, or if an item is missing, please contact our customer support immediately at essentialskaka@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can quickly verify and resolve the issue for you.
