At Kaka Essentials, we strive to deliver your baby essentials safely and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days for major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad) and 5-7 business days for other regions.

• Shipping Charges: Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 5000.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation message via WhatsApp or Email once your order has shipped.

• This notification will contain your tracking number, which will be active within 24 hours.

4. Damages

• Kaka Essentials is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping

• Currently, we only ship within Pakistan.
